Meet the Team

Colleen Condon

Colleen Condon, Principal Attorney

Colleen is a native Charlestonian and yes, related to probably any Condon in Charleston you wonder if she is related to, with few exceptions.  She grew up on James Island, graduating from Bishop England and the College of Charleston, Class of 1992 Honors Program.  After seven years working and consulting for Blackbaud (a local software company), she earned her law degree at the University of North Carolina School of Law at Chapel Hill in 2002 and was admitted to the South Carolina Bar the same year.  Her legal career has focused on Family Court matters in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley Counties.  In 2005, she received training in Collaborative Law, and in 2006, she was certified as a Family Court mediator.  As the mother of a middle school child, she understands the importance of setting up a new family dynamic for children to thrive when separation and divorce are imminent.

Colleen has been honored to serve on Charleston County Council since 2005, focusing on quality of life issues to assure Charleston remains a fabulous place to live.

Colleen enjoys boating with her husband and son, coaches the Condon Crushers, her son’s recreational soccer team in West Ashley, and reads every mystery thriller as soon as it comes out.  Among her zoo of pets are the office fish that remind her of scuba diving and relax her and hopefully all who visit our office.

Laura Kaiser

Laura Kaiser, Associate Attorney

Laura is originally from Anderson, South Carolina, but she now proudly calls Charleston her home.  After graduating high school, she attended Clemson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

She graduated from Charleston School of Law where she was on the Dean’s List and was the recipient of the CALI award in Criminal Law.  During law school Laura gained valuable legal experience as an extern for The Honorable Jack A. Landis, as a volunteer Guardian ad Litem, and as a law clerk for Craver and Current, P.A.

Laura was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2011.  She is also a certified mediator and Guardian ad Litem.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and her dog, Maggie.

Lindsay Sirisky, Office Manager/Paralegal

Lindsay Sirisky is also a Charleston girl.  She works on client matters, tries to keep our legal team where they need to be, and handles bookkeeping.  Lindsay is a very talented singer who won the American Idol Experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in early 2011.   Her chihuahua Riley doesn’t really know he’s a dog, but he amuses office guests regularly.  Like Colleen, she comes from a large local Catholic family and understands the importance of family first.
